Payment Methods

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

- Best Source, INC. accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Best Source, INC. cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25.00 (U.S.) fee on all returned checks. Please review the full instructions below on how to pay using one of these methods.

Shipping Policy

You will be charged $25.00 (U.S.) for any shipment that is refused. Best Source, INC. does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

Calculating Shipment Times. The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the "Product Availability" time listed for the product ordered plus the Shipping Time for the delivery method you select.

Total Ship Time = Product Availability Time + Delivery Method Ship Time.

For example, if the Product Availability Time is 3-5 days and the Delivery

Method Ship Time is 1-2 Business Days, you will receive your order in 4-7 business days

Choosing Next Day Air or Second-Day Air does not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online.

You will receive your order 1-2 days after the "Product Availability" time listed for the product you selected. The "Product Availability" time is the amount of time required to process your order through our warehouse and acquire the product requested.

If you choose items with different "Product Availability" times -- for example, a 3-5 day delivery item along with a "Special Order" or "Pre-Order" item7 each item will ship as it becomes available. There will be no extra charge for the shipment of these items.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that our warehouse does not ship on weekends or holidays and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, Holiday delivery.

Sales Taxes

Best Source, INC. shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California, Massachusetts, and Tennessee. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Computer, Software, Books, Music, Video, or Game Return Policy

Products may be returned to Best Source, INC. for replacement or refund in the following manner: Returns to Best Source, INC. must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer or publisher of your product. Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. The original packing slip must be included and the RHA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.

Surplus Return Policy

Due to the nature of surplus product, returns will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by Best Source, INC. at the address below within 14 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Before returning any defective item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 5 business days. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

Please allow 72 hours for refunds to be processed and additional time may occur with individual banks. When Best Source, INC. receives the returned defective product, you will be refunded in full for the defective product plus the original shipping cost. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. No partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.

There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for creditor replacement.

All returns and replacements occurring after 30 days from the invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Service and Support

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. Best Source, INC. will provide on-line technical notes on most computer hardware & software products as well as links to the technical support departments of the manufacturers.
